Join Kevin and six other favorite Atlanta chefs for the Slow Food Atlanta Family Dinner on Sunday February 21st at 7 p.m., as they create a family-style dinner to raise money for Slow Food’s Terra Madre Foundation at Decatur’s Watershed Restaurant! 
The team of chefs will share five courses of reinterpreted southern family recipes and guests will enjoy a talk from Slow Food International Founder Carlo Petrini, as well as a rare performance by Emily Saliers of the Indigo Girls.  Tickets are available online and all proceeds from the dinner will be donated directly to Slow Food’s Terra Madre Foundation.

Kevin will also be participating at the Georgia Organics Conference with a special dinner menu for those in his section, including tomato braised greens with caramelized onion grits, smoked whole hog rillettes with sesame crackers, and a dessert of banana cake with bacon butter cream.

And finally, get ready to hit the high seas - Chef Kevin will be Guest Chef on the Tobin James "James Gang" Mediterranean Cruise in October 2010!  He'll be meticulously attending to all the details and preparation of their special Wine Dinners.  In addition, Kevin will be hosting a variety of cooking demonstrations and classes throughout the cruise.  Find out more information about this culinary adventure here.
