Woodfire Grill is devoted to helping our patrons learn about,
taste and purchase a wide selection of artisanal and farmstead cheeses,
both at our restaurant and as carry-out.
Our sources create their cheeses with amazing care for their animals
as well as the land. Why does this matter? It means the resulting
cheeses are free of pesticides and fertilizers in the grains and
grasses, as well as free of growth hormones and non-essential antibiotics
in the cows, goats and sheep which provide their milk.
Also, these cheese artisans design the flavors of their cheeses
by grazing their animals on selected grasses at certain times of
the seasons.
